尋日講左L’Oreal既Base Magique (回顧按此), 今日等我講埋佢個粉餅先.  我有個friend係True Match粉餅既fan, 佢成日都同我講話呢隻粉好薄同好貼.  今次等我試下呢個新版係咪真係咁正先.  我地又睇睇個樣丫:

(English:  I talked about L’Oreal Base Magique yesterday (referesh memory), let me share my comments on its two way powder foundation today.  One of my friends is a True Match fan and she always tells me the True Match two way foundation is very thin and stays close to skin.  This is my turn to try out this new item and see if it matches up my expectation!  Let’s take a look at the product:)

用後感:  而家我明點解我個friend會係True Match既fan!  呢隻粉餅, 用好少已經推得好開, 唔洗用好多已經搽sa成塊面.  上左面之後, 亦都感覺到佢比一般粉餅薄, 就好似係用緊pressed powder咁.  一d都唔覺得好厚同d毛孔透唔到氣咁.  另外, 佢個遮暇度都幾好, 遮到面上85%既紅 (鼻位個d紅同微血管d紅).  如果黑眼圈呢, 就遮到70%啦.  如果唔係咩特別日子, 唔用遮瑕高淨係用佢都得.  咁佢係咪真係keep到10個鐘呢?  得呀!  雖然鼻位就要補補 (都係下午4-5pm要補少少), 但係面珠個d位d粉過左成8-9個鐘都仲係好貼.  唔錯唔錯!  仲有仲有, 個防曬系數都幾高wor, SPF36/ PA+++, 用左佢皮膚唔會好大負擔之餘, 又可以減少曬老曬黑曬傷既機會!  隻粉餅咩都好, 唯一美中不足就係我皮膚隻色比較健康, 我用最深色個隻都白左少少.  如果有多隻深色少少黎照顧我地呢d皮膚顏色比較健康既人就perfect喇!

(English:  After-use Comment:  Now I understand why my friend is a True Match fan!  You don’t need to use a lot of this foundation to blend out, just a small amount will do!  After application on face, I feel it’s thinner than the usual two way cake.  It makes me feel like I am using a pressed powder.  It doesn’t feel cakey/ thick on skin at all !  Also, it offers a nice coverage.  For the red marks on my face (nose areas and those tiny blood vessels, it covers them up to 85%.  And for dark eye circles, it covers them up to around 70%.  Not bad!  If it’s not a special day, I could just get away with using this foundation without concealer.  So the next thing is “does it really last for 10 hours?”.  Yes!  Even though I have to retouch on the nose area at 4-5pm, the powder still stays close to my skin on the other areas of my face after 8-9 hours!  Amazing!  Oh right, let’s not forget its high sunscreen degree (SPF36/ PA+++)!  It gives skin a good protection against aging and skin darkening without creating any burden on skin!  Personally, I think this powder foundation is great in every aspect.  However, since I have tanned skin, I use the “darkest” colors in this series, and still find it looks a couple tones lighter than my skin.  If there are only a darker shade available for the tanned skin, it will be perfect!)

Makeup Tips:  如果你覺得用2-way cake個感覺好厚, 但係又覺得就咁搽完base落loose powder個coverage唔夠.  你可以係搽完base之後, 用掃上2-way cake.  咁樣, 感覺就唔會咁厚, 但係又比用loose powder高coverage同long-lasting.  可以試下丫.

(English:  Makeup Tips:  If you think that using a 2-way foundation would make your skin look cakey, but you would want to have a better coverage than just using primer + loose powder.  You can try applying the 2-way cake with a brush after putting on primer.  This way, you definitely feel less cakey; it gives you a higher coverage and it lasts longer on your face!  Give it a try and see how it goes!)

一直都好想試呢個品牌, 無計啦, 佢地唔ship黎香港, 所以我唯有叫個friend幫我買一大堆, 再寄黎比我.  我知呢個品牌既野係Made In China.  我自己覺得無問題, 亦都唔會用得唔放心.  因為如果個brand係外國, 生產地係中國, 咁佢地個quality control應該係比平常好, 所以我自己覺得問題唔大.  因為唔係成日買到呢個brand, 所以我就咩都買d黎試下, 不如睇下我大戰ELF既成績丫 (有少部份係幫friend買):

(English:  I have always wanted to try Eyes Lips Face (E.L.F.), however, they don’t offer international shipping, therefore, I had to ask my friend for help!  Its products are made in China, but that doesn’t bother me.  If the brand is a foreign one and the manufacturing line is in China, I believe the quality control is done really well before exporting, so I am not worried about their qualities all.  Well, since I can’t lay my hands on the brand too often, therefore, I hauled quite a lot of goodies this time – I bought some of them for my friends though

呢盒係Get The Look (Smokey Eyes).  佢有幾個唔同既組合, 不過我就對smokey eyes呢盒有興趣d.  可以一次過試幾樣野.

防水眼線筆, 眼影打底 (呢隻唔係mineral個隻, mineral個隻我都買左…哈哈), lip gloss啦, 最右面個枝係Cuticle Pen (用黎軟化指甲邊d死皮ga!).

又 多枝lip gloss, 閃閃眼線筆 (遲d試色比大家睇), Mineral眼影打底 (我睇人地話比得上Urban Decay Primer Potion wor, 我好想試下係唔係, 同埋我又會睇下呢隻同唔係mineral個隻既分別, 當然, 我會出文啦!!!).

呢兩盒我都係貪玩先買, 好抵ma, 有咁多隻色.  不過寄過黎個陣有一粒eyeshadow碎左.  好彩我都係自己用jer!

碎左個粒係銀白色, 我無咩所謂, 因為都唔會太多用.  好彩其他色好安全!  d色個組合都好唔錯.

呢 枝Daily Brush Cleaner我都係覺得唔貴得黎好方便至買.  我試用左喇, 真係唔錯!  我會好快會出篇文講下 (我之前無用過其他同類型產品, 所以無得compare啦!).  另外, 有兩枝for face既Kabuki Brush, 摸過真係好滑.  我會用黎上下碎粉or mineral powder再同大家分享.

(English:  This Daily Brush Cleaner offers convenience and it’s not expensive at all!  I tried it last night and it works great!  I definitely will share my comments on it very soon (hmmm, too bad I haven’t tried other similar products, so can’t really compare!).  Also, I got two Kabuki Face Brushes!  Touched and felt it, and I can tell you it’s absolutely delicate and smooth!  I will use it with loose powder/ mineral powder and see how it goes!)

我成日睇到其他人既comment都話ELF d brush唔錯, 咁我就買左好多下, 呢到呢幾枝就係Studio Line既.  我見我Sigma個set無呢幾個款, 所以就買喇.

(English:  I read so many rave comments on ELF brushes, of course, I have to try too!  These are from their Studio Line.  These are not found in the Sigma set, so I bought these to compensate!)

呢到呢d就係佢地normal既掃, 太平, 所以洗點諗就買左唔同款黎用下.

Hahahaha… 有無嚇死你呀?  我買咁多枝Lip Defining Brush.  我唔係用落咀, 我係用係for gel liner畫眼線呀!  但係你知啦, 通常用黎畫過gel liner之後, 唔即刻洗用多幾次就會變得硬左.  所以gel liner d掃我唔會用咁貴!  用呢d就正喇, 用到咁上下真係唔得閒洗就換左佢!

(English:  Hahahahaha…have I scared you?  Why did I buy so many Lip Defining Brush?  Nah, I haven’t gone crazy!  I don’t use them on my lips, I use them as eyeliner gel brush!  As you all know, after you use a brush on the eyeliner gel and if you don’t have time to clean it right after, after a few times, the bristles will get hardened.  Therefore, I never use an expensive eyeliner gel brush.  I just think these are perfect for the purpose and if I get really busy and don’t have time to clean these, I just replace it with another!  No hassle!)

呢堆野我會再逐一分享.  我有d覺得香港有既品牌我已經少左買, 因為成日見都覺得有d悶, 所以呢期我比較多係網上搵下其他品牌…應該都陸續有黎!  不過我而家諗我下次搬個陣要有一間房專放我既化妝品護膚品先得喇.

(English:  I will be sharing my comments on these one by one.  Well, I notice that I am not that interested in brands that are available in Hong Kong, maybe it’s because I am a bit bored by them?  Hmmm…these days I am obsessed with locating other brands online…I anticipate there will be more other brands to “arrive” at this blog!  Well well well, I think next time I move, one of the criteria would be I have a seperate room for storing all my cosmetics!)

L’Oreal呢隻Makeup Base, 係唔同既國家個名都有唔同.  係美國叫Studio Secrets Magic Perfecting Base, 係英國就叫Studio Secrets Smoothing Resurfacing Primer, 係香港就叫Base Magique Transforming Smoothing Primer.  我本身已經用緊英國版, 亦都諗住會同大家分享我既comments, 估唔到又再收到香港版 (驚喜中~).  再望下個樣丫:

個名唔同, 個packaging都唔同.  不過容量就一樣, 都係15ml.

個texture真係同平時個d唔同, 好似雪葩咁呀!  摸落軟綿綿, 好得意!

(English:  The texture is different from the normal makeup primer, it looks and feels like sorbet!  It feels limp when touch…I kinda like it…it feels funny !)

使用次數 (No. of Usage): 6 times

用 後感:  佢個雪葩質地真係唔錯.  用少少已經推得好開, 同埋感覺到佢係超貼面.  一搽上面已經見到d毛孔無左一大半.  即時見到搽左既位置好平滑同細緻.  如果想製造零毛孔既皮膚, 只要係仲見到毛孔既地方搽多少少就可以喇.  見到零毛孔個下個感覺真係好正 (如果平時都係咁, 你話幾好?!).  另外, 搽完佢之後皮膚會變得啞色, 唔會好令好似油光滿面咁, 我諗呢點對鍾意matt look同油性皮膚既人係一大喜訊!  搽完佢之後再上其他foundation (我試過之後分別用2-way cake, mineral powder, liquid foundation), 覺得比較貼面.  仲有仲有, 呢隻野可以單獨使用, 即係話如果想落街買個橙, 但係又唔想自己d毛孔咁覺眼, 可以搽少少呢隻primer黎遮遮先落街.  唔錯唔錯!  我都幾鍾意呢個primer.  如果你都好想搵樣野令你既毛孔無咁明顯, 可以試下呢個丫.

(English:  After-use Comment:  I really like its sorbet texture.  You don’t have to use much for your whole face.  When it’s blended out on skin, it feels very close to skin.  After application, the pores almost look invisible.  I can see that my face become way smoother than before.  If you want to create skin texture with absolute invisible pores, just apply a bit more of the primer on the “needed” areas (wouldn’t it be nice if our pores are invisible all the time?).  Also, it has a matifying function, skin turns matt after application and I think this is certainly a piece of good news to oily skin types and those who love matt look!   Furthermore, it makes the foundations feel closer to skin too!  Ohhhh…let’s not forget this can be used alone as well!  That means, if you are just going downstairs to grab something, but you don’t want your pores to say HI to everyone, you can use this primer first!  Nice product!!  I think it’s definitely suitable for people who want something to hide their pores!)

我手上既Chacott Liquid Foundation終於比我用完, 都係時候另覓心頭好.  原本有好多個brand都好想試, 但係呢期又有少少心痕想用Mineral Powder (可能因為皮膚又再唔係咁穩定啦 – 真係俾d天氣玩死!).  以前係USA, 我用Bare Escentuals, 感覺好好同埋我都好鍾意.  外國真係好多Mineral既品牌, 但係香港就仲未好興.  如果要我上網買, 我又覺得個色未必好準, 所以就走左去Laura Mercier買佢地個Mineral Powder喇, 聽聞都好多好評.  再者, Laura Mercier初初黎香港既時候, 我用過佢地既2-way cake (好正呀!!), 所以對呢個品牌既底妝都好有信心!

(English: I finished up the Chacott Liquid Foundation and it’s time to locate another “love”.  There were a lot of brands I wanted to try but I wanted to switch back to mineral powder (hmmm… maybe it’s because my skin is getting unstable due to the weather again).  When I was in the states, I used Bare Escentuals, it felt great on skin and I loved it.  There are many mineral brands in other countries, however, there aren’t many choices here in HK.  Well, when it comes to foundation, I prefer going to counter to try it on my face to getting them online (colors might not be right – what a waste then!).  After some thinking, I decided to get Laura Mercier Mineral Powder as I heard rave comments on it.  Also, when the brand first came to HK, I tried their two way foundation powder and the quality was great!)

L’Oreal Base Magique Transforming Smotthing Primer

我見到呢個primer個陣笑左出黎.  呢個primer, 我前幾個星期睇US Allure個陣好想試, 所以叫左honey係英國望下睇下有無 (好慘, 成日比我麻煩), 我仲要上個星期二收到已經用緊, 估唔到我會收到香港版.  我用左一個星期都覺得好唔錯, 聽日再同大家講下丫.

(Engish:  When I saw this primer I had to smile!  I was reading US Allure a few weeks back and I saw the advertisement on this primer, I wanted to try it.  Therefore I asked Mr. Honey to see if it’s available in the U.K. ( poor him….), I received the U.K. version last Tuesday and really didn’t expect to receive the HK version (what a surprise)!  I have been using it for a few days and it works nicely, I will share my comments with you tomorrow!)
