我今日望望下我d指甲油, 發現有兩枝指甲油個色差唔多, 就係:

Shocking Pink我之前都搽過比大家睇 (回顧按此).  而另外個隻Limited Edition Pink (NPP1)就未.  分開睇我仲以為兩枝野係一樣色添, 原來唔係, Shocking Pink係再紅多少少.

(English:  I did put up the swatch for Shocking Pink before (refresh memory), but I haven’t tried the Limited Edition Pink (NPP1) yet.  When I look at the two bottles seperately, I think it’s the same color, but nah, actually Shocking Pink has more “red” in it.)

我覺得呢隻NPP1隻色比較復古d, 而Shocking Pink就比較candy feel.

我搽左兩個layers, 無top coat!  近期我真係超鍾意呢d色, 覺得sharp好多.  反而少左油黑同心紅.  睇心情啦, 可能Halloween個日, 你地又會見我d指甲油變翻深色.

用後感:  最初見到呢枝野係比”oatmeal”呢隻字吸引.  買左翻黎用, 我就開始覺得無買錯喇.  我唔鍾意d body lotion好厚身, 呢隻個texture就just right.  推開之後好快吸收同埋皮膚表面唔會覺得chi lup lup!  吸收左之後摸落d皮膚仲好滑添.  St. Ives d body lotion都係偏香 (如果你唔鍾意咁大陣味, 你就唔會鍾意St. Ives d body lotion), 呢隻味我就覺得似shea butter多d, 幾match秋冬個feel, d味都算long-lasting ga!  當然, 佢個潤既效果都keep得耐啦, 我通常夜晚搽左之後, 第二朝起身都唔會覺得無左野, 咁平幾價錢黎講, 我覺得各方面都幾好, 所以久唔時都會回購翻黎用下.  仲有wor, 我發覺藥房買會平d呀, 你地買個陣記得留意下!

(English:  After-use Comment:  I first got attracted by the word “oatmeal” on the bottle.  After I started using it, I thought it was a good choice!  I didn’t like body lotions to be too thick in texture and I can say that this texture is just right.  After blending out, it gets absorbed really easily and you won’t feel any burden on your skin.  After it gets absorbed, your skin feels so silky!  St. Ives body lotions tend to have a strong scent (so if you are not into anything that’s heavily scented, then you won’t be in love with St. Ives body lotions).  This scent is more like shea butter, I think it’s quite suitable for autumn and winter use and the scent is quite long-lasting too!  Of course, I give a thumbs-up to its moisturizing function as well!  I usually use it at night, and when I wake up the next day, I still find my skin moisturized!  So, taking its price into consideration, I think it works quite well in different aspects, so I’d repurchase it from time to time!  Oh, I discover the price is cheaper at drugstores, so you can go and compare before making a purchase!)

IPSA Metabolizer Moist 3

我呢枝係新出個隻第七代.  我之前無用過佢地既skincare, 呢枝都係第一次.

用 後感:  呢隻係當埋cream, 所以搽完之後唔洗搽野, 除非係好乾既時候你覺得唔夠咁可以再加其他野.  我超鍾意個texture, 我覺得好suit香港天氣用.  推開好水, 好易被皮膚吸收得黎又唔會覺得好似無搽過野.  我次次都係泵3泵落cotton pad抹落塊面, 我覺得個份量just right, 唔會多左唔會少左, 連眼都用得個下好方便.  我用左第一個星期已經見塊面因為天氣唔穩定出個d粒粒無sa (超開心).  皮膚之後都無再有唔穩定既情況出現.  而家我覺得塊面無先前咁乾, 就算天氣乾左, 我塊面都仲係好夠水.  仲有就係我覺得我d皮膚比之前明顯緊緻左, d毛孔都細左少少.  我覺得佢雖然唔係平, 但係真係work!  我用佢用得好開心呀, 因為真係見到成果, 所以我晚晚都好想用佢.  我諗我Nov中用完呢枝之後會想轉用Superior個隻, 有埋美白緊緻ma, 我有兩個sample, 如果試左無敏感, 我多數都會咁轉.  而家真係好鍾意呢枝野!!  好難得搵到d咁work既skincare!  我都推介左比幾個friend喇 !  係wor, 但係我睇過話呢隻野係有酒精ga, 如果你對alcohol敏感, 呢隻野就未必suit你喇, 其他皮膚就無問題!

(English:  This can be treated as a night time moisturizer, therefore, you don’t need to use any cream after, unless the weather turns really dry and you may want to moisturize your skin a bit further.  I am super in love with its texture!  I think it fits for HK perfectly.  It’s really easy to blend and it’s quite watery after blending.  It gets absorbed into skin very easily and you won’t feel nothing is left on skin after a few hours.  I pump 3 times on a cotton pad and wipe it on my face gently.  I feel that the amount is just right and it can be used on eye areas as well (very convenient!).  I used it for a week and I could tell my face condition become more stable (it was unstable due to weather changes).  All the tiny bumps on my face disappeared (so happy!!).  Now even though the weather is drier than before, I feel that my skin is more hydrated than before.  And it’s visibly firmer and the pores look smaller!  It might seem quite pricey, but it really works!  I indeed, look forward to using it every night since I can obviously see the results.  I am thinking I want to change to Superior after using up this one in mid Nov as the Superior one has firming and whitening functions.  I have a couple Superior samples and if I am not allergic to them, I’d probably switch to the Superior one to see if there is any difference.  Right now, I can say I am totally in love with Metabolizer, it’s really difficult to find something that works so well, so I’ve recommend to a few friends already!  Oh right, I read that Metabolizer contains alcohol, so if you are allergic to alcohol, be ware, it might irritate your skin.  For other skin types, it should work fine on your skin.)

用 後感:  呢枝我初初無諗住買, 但係BA話用埋會好d, 咁就買啦.  佢本身個texture好水, 好易被皮膚吸收.  搽完之後覺得佢幫皮膚補到水.  但係我就覺得化粧水黎講, 佢都算貴同埋我都用得幾快下.  我覺得佢個function係唔錯, 但係我係度諗唔用佢呢隻得唔得 (會唔會令Metabolizer個效果無咁好), 我會試下唔用, 睇下會點先.  如果唔用個影響唔太大, 我就未必會再買, 但係如果有影響, 我就會keep住繼續用.

(English:  After-use Comment:  At first I didn’t plan to buy the Preparing Lotion, but BA said it would enhance the effect of the Metabolizer, so I bought it.  Its texutre is very watery and easy for skin to absorb.  After application, I feel skin is really hydrated.  However, I feel that for a toner, it’s quite expensive and I’ve been using that up quite quickly.  I think it works quite well, but I wonder if it’s a must item (would not using it affect the effectiveness of Metabolizer?).  I think I would try not using it and see how it goes.  If it doesn’t effect anything, then I won’t repurchase this item; but if it does affect the other skincare effectiveness, then I think I will keep repurchasing it.)

用 後感:  White Truffle係Philip B最出名既系列, 最多人讚, 個個都話用完之後d頭髮無咁乾.  我聽左佢地咁好既comments大大話話都幾年喇.  今次終於可以比我試下喇 (但係好肉痛).  我d頭髮都係好乾個隻, 成日都電染.  White Truffle隻洗頭水無咩泡既, 但係就超香 (係essential oil個d味).  過左水覺得d頭髮軟左, 乾淨得黎唔會打sa kick咁, 感覺上都幾柔順.  之後再落埋conditioner, 佢個conditioner望落個texture好creamy好thick, 但係搽上個頭又好快吸收.  搽左之後唔會覺得有野係d頭髮上面.  過一陣沖水會覺得d頭髮比平時潤同埋令.  唔錯.  之前我個頭係負離子, 我唔可以日日用呢set野, 因為真係太潤, 連用4日個頭頂會覺得有d lup.  而家我電左髮, 我都發覺用左呢set野兩次之後, d頭髮令翻d, 同埋無weigh down我d curls wor!  不過我都唔係日日用, 我通常一個星期用2/ 3次.  咁個頭唔會lup得黎d頭髮又比就咁用其他頭髮野有效.  貴就真係貴, 但係我覺得效果都唔錯.  我當然唔會keep住成日買啦, 但係我覺得如果一年買一次久唔時用下都ok.  我想試埋其他Philip B產品呀, 其他個d無咁貴, 但係都有幾多好評下.  下次試左其他再話你聽丫.

(English:  White Truffle is one of the most famous line in Philip B hair care series.  It has the most praises and almost everyone says hair won’t be as dry after use.  I have been hearing its rave comments for a few years and I finally decided to give it a try (but they are so pricey!!).  My hair is very dry as I always perm or dye it.  The White Truffle shampoo doesn’t generate almost any foam, but it does smells amazing (those essential oil scents!).  After rinsing, hair feels softer and cleaner without any drying feeling.  Then apply the conditioner, its texture look as if it’s a very thick cream, but when you apply it on your hair, it gets absorbed rather quickly and you don’t feel any trace on hair.  After rinsing , the hair feels more moisturized and shiny!  Not bad!  My hair was under ION treatment before and I couldn’t use this set everyday, because after 4 days’ usage, my scalp feels a bit greasy (it’s really very moisturizing haha!).  Now my hair is permed and I used this a couple times, my hair is less dry and shinier than before!  And it doesn’t weigh down my curly hair (which is great).  Well, I still don’t use it everyday, I use it 2-3 times per week.  I think it’s quite effective this way as hair won’t feel greasy but is healthier than just using normal hair products.  The set is really expensive, but I think it works quite nice.  Of course I won’t repurchase too often, however, I think it’s fine to repurchase once a year and alternate it with other hair products.  Hehe, I want to try other Philip B hair products too (less expensive haha), will tell you ladies after I try then!)

今次我真係對The Body Shop改觀喇, 我自從N年前用過The Body Shop一隻潤咀膏, 用到個咀敏感之後, 我都無咩點買過佢地既野喇 (驚左).  上次因為要買沖涼波波入左去一轉, 買左沖涼波波之餘, 仲買多左枝沖涼野, 開左黎用喇, 用用下又幾有驚喜wor:

(English:  This time, I am impressed with The Body Shop products.  I hadn’t been using The Body Shop products for a while since my lips got allergic to one of their chapstick (got too scared ).  Last time, I had to buy a new shower sponge, so I had to go into the store.  I grabbed the following, at first didn’t really expect anything out of it, but as I have been using it these days, I am quite surprised by its quality

The Body Shop Passion Fruit Shower Gel

價錢 (Price): HK$39/ 250ml (bought this in promotion, it was half price.)

但係好奇, 我係佢地website搵左好耐, 但係唔見有呢隻shower gel, 唔知係咪唔再出定點.  唔緊要啦, 都有好多其他味, 我覺得都應該差唔多.

(English:  Very strange, I browsed on their website for a while and didn’t see this particular shower gel, not sure if it’s discontinued or something.  Nevermind, they have quite a few other scents and I am sure they all work almost the same.)

使用次數 (No. of Usage): 14 times

用後感:  呢隻加水用埋沖涼波波起到超多泡同埋d泡超綿.  佢隻味好香都算幾係Passion Fruit隻味, 沖落都好refreshing, 尤其是夜晚好tired返到屋企個下, 用完呢枝野, 個感覺會relax左精神左.  我初初無留意, 但係呢幾日覺得雖然d天氣乾左, 但係我d皮膚反而無平時用開架個d shower gel咁乾.  我而家都無點搽body cream (再凍d乾d我先會用 haha), d皮膚比平時滑呀!!  好開心!!  仲要天氣轉我都無覺得身痕wor!  我好滿意呀!!  而家我對呢個品牌又有翻興趣喇, 我用完呢枝之後會再去The Body Shop入其他味.  正呀!!  如果你唔係對開架品牌特別情有獨鍾, 你都可以諗下呢隻wor!  真係幾好用!

(English:  After-use Comment:  I usually pour a bit of this onto the shower sponge, then mix with water and I can assure you loads of fine foam would be generated!  The scent of this shower gel is very nice and it smells similar to passion fruit.  It’s quite refreshing, especially when I go back home at night feeling extremely tired, after taking a shower with this, I would feel energized (at least for a little while).  I didn’t notice at first, but the weather changes rapidly these days here, surprisingly, my skin doesn’t feel as dry.  I haven’t started to apply body cream yet (I usually use body cream when the weather is drier and colder), but my skin is already smoother and softer than before! Very happy!!  Not to mention that my skin hasn’t been itchy these days!  I am very satisfied with the product and now I am regaining my interest in the brand again!  I think after I use up this bottle, I am going to go check out other scents!  Nice!  So, if you are looking for some shower gels that’s going to make your skin feel different, maybe you can give this a try!  It works really great!)

用 後感:  呢枝野係超級溫和, 所以我唔係塊面有咩事我都唔會用佢, 因為佢溫和到無咩其他function.  佢係無咩泡既, 我通常都係落完妝 (呢隻野落妝唔掂ga, 唔好聽佢個description講), 就用佢按面, 按左一陣我就會過水 (我覺得過水乾淨d).  過左水之後, 我覺得塊面係柔軟左, 乾淨得黎唔乾.  其他就真係無咩特別喇.  如果皮膚敏感用會覺得佢好溫和, 但係如果皮膚唔敏感, 會覺得佢一d特別都無.  講真, 如果我唔係皮膚敏感, 我係唔會買佢.  同埋如果係counter買要HK$2xx, 我都唔會買, 因為我覺得佢個function唔值.  拿, 如果呢期轉天氣, 你皮膚有d唔穩定, 不妨諗下呢枝cleanser丫, 起碼唔會整差d皮膚先丫!

(English:  After-use Comment:  This is an extremely gentle cleanser, if my face wasn’t irritated, I wouldn’t be using this since it’s so gentle that it doesn’t have other functions at all.  It doesn’t generate foam, I usually massage it on my face after I remove all my makeup (well, its makeup removing function is not good, so don’t “listen” to its descriptions).  After massaging, I will rinse off with water (I think it’s cleaner this way).  I feel that my skin is softer and cleaner without feeling dry.  But other than this, nothing is really special about this cleanser. If you have sensitive skin, you’d probably feel its extremely gentleness on skin; but if you have normal skin, you’d probably find this cleanser nothing special.  Honestly, if my skin wasn’t unstable before, I wouldn’t have bought it.  And if I had to buy at counter price, I wouldn’t because I don’t think this cleanser worths that much.  So, if your skin turns unstable these days due to the weather changes, you might want to consider using this cleanser, at least it doesn’t irritate your skin in any way!)

上個星期病到無sa心機, 難得星期五好d, 所以同個friend出黎食下飯吹下水.  之前呢個friend問我用IPSA Metabolizer用成點, 我話好好wor, d皮膚穩定翻sa (我會再出文詳細講).  佢話都想去買, 咁我見我有HSBC Card呢期又有promotion, 就拿拿聲同佢去Sogo睇啦.  陪人睇自己又睇埋一份 (真係無得救), 睇左一陣, 又玩左一陣, 之後就買左:

(English:  Last week, I was so sick that I wasn’t in the mood for anything.  Luckily I felt better on Friday and therefore I decided to meet a friend for dinner.  She asked me if I think IPSA Metabolizer was good and I said it was good stuff since my skin has finally calm down (I will share my comments in another piece).  She wanted to go check it out and I thought it would be cheaper while the HSBC promotion was on, so I dragged her immediately to Sogo IPSA.  Well, I couldn’t help but testing out different products on my hands as well, after awhile, I hauled the following:)

IPSA The Time Reset Essence W

呢個雖然真係有d貴, 但係我試上手真係滑到唔買唔得.  我買完即刻都開左黎用, 用一期再同大家分享啦.

(English:  Yes it’s a bit expensive but when I tried it on my hand, it made the skin feel sooooo smooth!  I had to bring it home!  I have already opened the bottle to use and will definitely share my comments with you all later.)

之後BA話買夠HK$980有一set野送, 我望過set野唔錯wor.  有一枝洗面, Preparing Lotion同埋Time Reset Essence.  但係set野送sa, 我地要下個星期再去拎, 拎左再影上Facebook比你地望下丫.

(English:  Then BA said there would be a travel set if the bought amount reached HK$980.  I took a look at the set and it was not bad, it has a cleanser, a preparing lotion and a time reset essence.  The set was “sold out” at the moment, so we have to go back next week to pick up the set.  I will take a pic and put it on Facebook by then!)

咁因為set野既關係, 我就買多少少野, 最後揀左洗面野.  因為我枝Avene得翻半枝, 係咪都要買, 咁不如試下IPSA啦:

IPSA Metabolizer Superior係我要求既, 因為我想用完我個枝之後試呢個 (有埋美白緊緻ma), 但係我怕佢有美白我唔知會唔會敏感, 所以叫個BA比呢個sample我試下先. 另外個枝Preparing Clear Lotion Ext 1係我做左member, 三個月之內再去買野佢地送既!

(English:  I requested for IPSA Metabolizer Superior as I am thinking after finishing my bottle, I might want to try the superior one (with whitening and firming functions), however, I am not sure if the whitening capabilities would irritate my skin so I want to give it a try before buying.  For the Preparing Lotion Ext 1, it was given to me as I went back and repurchased within  3 months!)

d色都唔錯, 呢一set係比較sharp!  我自己就勁鍾意個design, 我覺得當裝飾都好靚!  好, 終於都講sa我d收藏品喇, 希望你地睇得開心啦!

星期六日病左, 唯有係屋企休息, 但係我又唔想不是生產, 所以就執下野.  執執下發現左幾樣雷野, 我就諗不如寫埋佢地, 咁我就可以送佢地歸西喇.  先講第一樣:

(English:  I was sick during the weekend and I had to basically rest at home, however, I didn’t want to just sleep and do nothing, so I tried to dig out my skincare items and reorganize them.  Well, I discovered a few items that I found totally useless and I thought it’s time to write about them and then I could just send them to the trash!)

1. 森田藥粧Q10緊緻修護面膜 (Dr. Jou Firming Essence Mask)

(English:  It increases the elasticity of your skin.)

What the mask looks like:

使用次數 (No. of Usage): 5 times

用後感:  呢個mask既主要功能係緊緻同保濕皮膚.  但係我可以話我敷左咁多次, 我都發現敷左同未敷既皮膚係無咩分別.  我唔覺得佢特別保濕, 當然敷完都唔覺得皮膚d彈力好左啦.  雖然佢係平, 但係我就覺得呢隻mask完全同我產生唔到化學作用.

(English:  After-use Comment:  The mask’s main function is to firm and hydrate skin.  Hmmm… I have been using it for a few times and I have to say that I find absolutely no difference before and after using the mask.  I don’t think it’s particularly hydrating and I don’t think it improves any elasticity of the skin.  The good point is its price is very reasonable, however, I have no chemical reaction with the mask itself.)

2. L’Erbolario 杏仁護手霜 Almond Hand Cream

使用次數 (No of Usage): 10 times

用 後感:  呢個係hand mask, 佢仲有對綿手套跟, 但係我唔知放左係邊.  夜晚, 你可以搽左呢jar野, 帶埋手套sleep, 照講第二朝對手會好柔軟同埋滋潤.  嘩, 但係一d都唔係講到咁好lor.  我搽左d cream帶左手套之後覺得對手痕痕地.  咁我就驚驚地啦, 過左30mins之後就去洗啦.  點知, 我用清水洗極都洗唔luck, 之後我要用左3次洗手液, 洗左20mins先至洗得luck (好恐怖).  之後我都有再比機會佢, 試過敷過夜, 第二朝都係咁, 洗唔luck d cream.  同埋佢有超勁杏仁味, 如果唔鍾意呢隻味, 就一定唔會鍾意呢jar cream.  唉, 我而家驚到唔敢再用喇.

(English:  After-use Comment:  There is a pair of cotton gloves come with the hand mask, but I don’t know where it is.  You can rub this mask on at night and put on the gloves, then go to bed.  It’s said that your hands would feel so much softer and so much more moisturized on the next day.  Nah…nah nah nah…It doesn’t deliver its promises.  I put the cream on and then put on the gloves, I found my hands feel a bit itchy.  Then instead of waiting for the whole night, I waited for 30 mins, and went to wash the mask off. It’s SO HARD to come off!!!  I had to use hand soap 3 times and rub on my hand for 20 mins before it came off totally (how scary!!).  I did give it a few chances afterwards, I tried having it on overnight, however, same story happened on the next morning!  Also, this mask is seriously almond-scented, so if you are not fond of this smell, you won’t like this mask.  Well, right now, I am too scared to use this mask again!)

3. Vitacreme B12

Price:  HK$120 (I bought online but its official price, it’s around HK$220)

Product Information:

(English:  In short, it can diminish wrinkles, reduce pores, increase skin elasticity.  It hydrates skin well and it can decrease the unwanted pigmentation. It can also cure sun-burnt skin.)

用 後感:  之前呢枝野真係好紅.  個個forum都有人讚呢枝野好好用.  我都有買黎湊下熱鬧.  我用左一個月, 我覺得無咩特別jar wor!  我唔覺得佢特別保濕同抗皺.  我夜晚用, 第二朝起身仲成面油添.  同埋, 唔知點解呢d醫學野要加咁重香料呢, 我一打開個陣已經聞到好香.  用左成個月, 我覺得用左同無用個分別唔大, 反而我用其他護膚品朝早起身唔會成面油.  我知佢而家出左美白版, 但係我唔會買喇.

(English:  After-use Comment:  This cream was so popular before and whenever you went into the beauty forums, you would see discussions about it.  Of course, I bought one just to see if it’s that effective.  I had been using it for a month and I don’t think there is any special about this cream.  I don’t feel it’s particularly hydrating and anti-aging.  I used it at night and found an oily zone on my face the next morning.  Also, I don’t really understand why it’s so heavily scented.  When I first opened it, I could smell the scent!  I don’t think it works on me that well and even though now they have a whitening/ brightening version, I won’t repurchase again!)

P.S.  我講呢幾隻野, 有d人都應該會覺得好用 (皮膚人人唔同ma).  但係我share我既comment係想未買既你再做多d research先決定買唔買, 免得買左返去又覺得唔好用, 掉好定唔掉好呢?  希望我既comment對你地有用啦.

I think some of you might find the abovementioned products work nice on you (everyone’s skin condition is different).  Well, I still want to share my comment hoping for those who haven’t bought the products yet do more research first before deciding to buy or not.  You all know, it’s quite a hassle and disappointing to buy something only to find it’s not working (to throw away or not?).  So, I hope my comment would help on your decision making process!)
